PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency by preventing occurrence of spin loss at a traction part.SOLUTION: An annular roller 5a is manufactured in a circular ring shape as a whole by using a metal material having elasticity like spring steel so that the annular roller 5a has an arch-shaped cross section and an inner diameter of an axially middle part thereof is smaller than an inner diameter of each of axially both end portions thereof. An axially one end surface of the annular roller 5a is supported by a bearing 21 so as to permit displacement in a rotation direction with respect to a housing 19. A loading cam device 20 is disposed between an axially another end surface and the housing 19.
