PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation cloth-housing container capable of easily drawing out the foundation cloth in a spread state and easily holding a spread foundation cloth.SOLUTION: A foundation cloth-housing container is provided with a container body 3 which can house a foundation cloth 2, and a cap member 4 detachably attached to the opening of the container body 3. The cap member 4 has a takeoff part 16, a part of which is opened to take out the cloth 2, and a detachable lid 17 is provided to the takeoff part 16. The takeoff part 16 has a takeoff port slit 21 through which the foundation cloth 2 can pass. The takeoff port slit 21 has at least one bending part. A flexible flap 22 is provided at both sides of the slit 21. The flap 22 is composed by a protruding flap part and recessed flap part separated through the bending part. Besides, an auxiliary slit 23 is connected to both ends of the slit 21. The auxiliary slit 23 extends from both ends of the slit 21 to the recessed flap part side of the flap 22. |
