PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-flat tire in which comfortableness is secured and vehicle input is reduced without sacrificing durability during run-flat running.SOLUTION: In a run-flat tire which includes one or more layers of inclined belts 3 and a tread 4 in order outside in a tire radial direction of a carcass 2 and comprises a reinforcement rubber layer 5 of a crescent-shaped cross section inside in a tire width direction of the carcass, a stiffness reducing part is formed in an area outside in the tire width direction of an edge part of the inclined belts and inside in the tire width direction of a ground touching edge E130 under conditions of being fitted to an application rim, filled up to a predetermined inner pressure and loaded with 130% of the maximum load, and an intersection angle between a tangential line L1 on the tread surface which passes a point P most outside in the tire width direction on the tread surface in the tire width direction cross section under a condition of no load and a tangential line L2 of the tread surface which passes a point Q most inside in the tire width direction on the tread surface positioned outside in the tire width direction of the stiffness reducing part is less than 180°. |
