PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope image management device and an endoscope image display method, allowing easy confirmation of a time-series change of an examination object.SOLUTION: An endoscope device 1 has: a folder tree display processing part for displaying, on a screen of an LCD 4, a folder tree including a plurality of region-classified folders registered with endoscope image files and a plurality of date-classified folders set as the upper hierarchy to the plurality of region-classified folders; a virtual folder generation part for extracting a folder name of a lower folder including at least one endoscope image file included in each of the plurality of date-classified folders as a virtual folder name on the basis of folder names of the plurality of region-classified folders, arranging the same folder names into one, and associating the extracted virtual folder with the endoscope image files included in the folders in which the folder names are same; a virtual folder display processing part; and an image display processing part for displaying an endoscope image associated with the selected virtual folder. |
