PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality report device etc. capable of quickly performing a crime-prevention activity and a disaster-prevention activity, while protecting user's privacy and personal information.SOLUTION: An abnormality report device 1 comprises: an image reception section 1a for receiving an image showing an abnormality from an abnormality acquisition device; an abnormality report transmission section 1b for transmitting a user side abnormality occurrence report which includes the image showing the abnormality to indicate an abnormality occurrence to a user side portable terminal owned by a user; and an approval operation detection section 1c for generating a one-time password to transmit a password report including the one-time password to a security service provider side terminal device operated by security personnel of a security service provider, when the user performs an authentication operation in response to the user side abnormality occurrence report. |
