PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, a pressure-sensitive adhesive and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet excellent in both of light leakage resistance and durability even when applied to an optical member such as a polarizing plate.SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises: a (meth)acrylate polymer (A) having only a hydroxyl group as a reactive group; a silane compound (B) having at least one silicon atom in the molecule and having at least two alkoxy groups bonded to a silicon atom; and a chelate compound (C). The (meth)acrylate polymer (A) contains 0.1 to 35 mass% of monomers having a hydroxyl group as monomer units constituting the polymer. The content of the silane compound (B) is 0.01 to 10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the (meth)acrylate polymer (A); and the content of the chelate compound (C) is 0.001 to 3 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the (meth)acrylate polymer (A).
