PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a slope of a curve showing a relationship between absolute humidity and sensor output changes after a peak of the absolute humidity because the relationship is represented by a quadratic function in a heat conduction type humidity sensor.SOLUTION: A humidity monitoring system using a heat conduction type humidity sensor to be provided in the invention comprises: a management region that is capable of being humidified and dehumidified arbitrarily; a humidity control unit that humidifies and dehumidifies the inside of the management region; a heat conduction type sensor unit that measures a voltage value relating to humidity in the management region; a humidity calculation unit that calculates absolute humidity from the voltage value measured by the sensor unit; calibration curve holding means that is arranged in the humidity calculation unit, is used when calculating the absolute humidity and holds two calibration curves for a high-humidity region and a low-humidity region; and a sensor diagnostic unit that diagnoses whether the sensor unit belongs to the high-humidity region or the low-humidity region of the calibration curves held by the calibration curve holding unit. |
