PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast/video transmission system capable of accurately matching a video switch timing to a count-down timing.SOLUTION: In a broadcast/video transmission system, a control apparatus (1) sends control information to a plurality of controlled devices (2 and 3) constituting the system, thereby controlling the plurality of controlled devices. The control apparatus (1) defines a most upstream controlled device (2) among the plurality of controlled devices as a controlled device of a control object, and the most upstream controlled device (2) includes means for outputting control information to each of the plurality of controlled devices. The most upstream controlled device (2) also includes means for superimposing the control information from the control apparatus on a video signal to be outputted to the downstream controlled device (3). |
