PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide guidance information corresponding to the behavior of a facility user in a facility.SOLUTION: A facility guidance system 1 includes: a plurality of wireless stations 2 installed in a facility; and an information providing device 3 for providing guidance information to an information communication terminal 10 of a facility user in a management object region M. The information providing device 3 detects the position of the information communication terminal 10 on the basis of wireless radio field intensity received from the wireless station 2 by the information communication terminal 10, and detects the behavior of the facility user on the basis of information (for example, acceleration information) caused by the behavior of the facility user detected by the information communication terminal 10. Then, an information providing device 3 transmits the position of the information communication terminal 10 and guidance information corresponding to the behavior of the facility user to the information communication terminal 10. |
