PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna which is small, has wide directivity, and efficiently receives or transmits a desired circular polarized wave even if a conductive material such as a human body exists near the antenna, and to provide a communication device using the antenna and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An antenna 3 includes: a dielectric substrate 11; a first electrode 22; a second electrode 32; and a third electrode 101. The dielectric substrate 11 includes a first surface 11C and a third surface 11D which face each other, a second surface 11A and a fourth surface 11B which face each other, and a fifth surface 11E which continues into the first surface 11C to the fourth surface 11B. The first electrode 22 is formed so as to continue into the first surface 11C and the second surface 11A. The second electrode 32 is formed so as to continue into the third surface 11D and the fourth surface 11B. The third electrode 101 is formed on the fifth surface 11E and electrically connects the first electrode 22 with the second electrode 32. |
