PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise sales data registration processing apparatus and a merchandise sales data registration processing system capable of determining an appropriate replenishing amount of change.SOLUTION: A merchandise sales data registration processing apparatus includes: an input/output unit that inputs and outputs information; a printer that forms an image on a recording medium; a money receiving and dispensing device that receives and dispenses money, and when receiving a balance confirmation instruction, transmits the balance of each denomination; a reference value file that stores a reference value of the balance of money for the change; and a control unit that calculates the replenishing amount of the change on the basis of the balance received from the money receiving and dispensing device and the reference value read out from the reference value file, and outputs the calculated replenishing amount to the printer. |
