PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress color purity degradation due to the effect from a blue light-emitting layer in a red organic EL element and a green organic EL element, in an organic light-emitting display device having the blue light-emitting layer laminated by vacuum deposition on red and green light-emitting layers deposited by wet process.SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device includes: a pixel electrode 3 provided on a substrate 2 corresponding to red, green and blue organic EL elements, respectively; hole injection/transport layers 5, 6 formed on the pixel electrode 3 and having at least one of hole injection or hole transport characteristics; a red light-emitting layer 7 and a green light-emitting layer 8 formed on the hole injection/transport layers 5, 6; a blue light-emitting layer 9 formed on the entire surface of the red light-emitting layer 7, the green light-emitting layer 8 and the hole injection/transport layers 5, 6; and an electron injection/transport layer 10 having at least one characteristics of electron injection or transport and a counter electrode 11 formed in order. A triplet quencher is added to the blue light-emitting layer 9. |
