PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for an opening of an electronic expansion valve from an initial opening at the start of operation up to a stable state when automatically adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve.SOLUTION: At the start of operation, condition retrieving means 11 retrieves past operation conditions suited to an operation condition in a registration database DB. When a past operation condition suited to the operation condition is detected as a retrieved result, a stable opening OPs related to the past operation condition suited to the operation condition is set to an initial opening in the registration database DB. Then the opening of an electronic expansion valve 6 is adjusted by apparatus control means 12 so that the operation is stabilized, the opening of the electronic expansion valve 6 in a stabilized state of the operation is acquired as a stable opening OPs and stored in the registration database DB as a past operation condition in relation with the operation condition. |
