Further, the non-interference surgical devices 10 and 10A are configured to eliminate all of a surgical distal device rotation handle 45 and protrusions such as a cleaning port and other operation buttons from the Z-axis-direction upper face in the opposite side of grips of the surgical distal instrument operation parts 20 and 20A, operation handles 21a or 21Aa and 22.
