PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device with which an engagement pawl can be checked its position returning from an engagement release position to an engagement position, and which the engagement pawl is prevented from stopping on a way to return to the positions.SOLUTION: A lock device comprises: an energization part (coil springs 143 and 144) to energize engagement pawls 132a, 132b, 132c, 132d to move from a release position to an engagement position; a stopper 150 to maintain the engagement pawls 132a, 132b, 132c, 132d at the release position; and a release part (a coil spring 149, a dumper 148, a tapered surface of a connection member 146b) to release the engagement pawls 132a, 132b, 132c, 132d from a maintained state at the release position by the stopper 150, after a user operates a release lever 133 and then a prescribed period has passed. |
