PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect Nox gas contained in ozone-containing gas.SOLUTION: Measurement object gas containing at least one component selected from NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NOand HNOand ozone is supplied to a NOx adsorption part (5) arranged on a gas flow path (2) in order to allow the NOx adsorption part (5) to adsorb NOx. A light emitting part (4) emits light whose wave length is from 360 nm to 410 nm to the NOx adsorption part (5), a light detection part (6) detects at least one light beam among a transmitted light beam (Lt) passing through the NOx adsorption part (5), a reflection light beam (Lr) reflected from the NOx adsorption part (5) and a generated light beam (Lg) generated at the NOx adsorption part (5), and a data record analysis part (7) analyzes and records a light intensity acquired by the light detection part (6). |
