PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible to ensure a sufficient insulation performance without causing a decrease in internal specific resistance even when baking in parallel with baking of a conductive material including Cu as a primary component.SOLUTION: A ferrite ceramic composition comprises at least Fe, Mn, Ni and Zn. The ferrite ceramic composition further includes 0-5 mol% of Cu in terms of CuO. Representing, by (x, y), a combination of a molar quantity of Fe contained in terms of FeO, which is described as x mol%, and a molar quantity of Mn contained in terms of MnO, which is described as y mol%, (x,y) falls in a region enclosed by points of A(30, 1), B(47, 1), C(47, 7.5), D(45, 7.5), E(45, 10), F(35, 10), G(35, 7.5) and H(30, 7.5). The ferrite ceramic composition further includes 1 pt.wt. or more (preferably, up to 5 pts.wt.) of glass components including at least Si, B and an alkali-earth metal M relative to a total of 100 pts.wt. of Fe, Mn, Ni, Zn and Cu in terms of FeO, MnO, NiO, ZnO and CuO. |
