PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilation apparatus capable of shortening wiring in an exterior casing and having an easy assembly structure.SOLUTION: The heat exchange ventilation apparatus includes: an exterior casing 5 in which an air supply ventilation trunk and an exhaust ventilation trunk are formed; a heat exchange element built in the exterior casing 5; a guide rail 17 laid on a bottom surface or an upper surface in the exterior casing 5 to movably support the heat exchange element; a control circuit for controlling operation of an air supply blower 6 and an exhaust blower 7; a lead wire or a transmission line 15 wired so as to cross over the heat exchange element and connecting one end to the control circuit; and a lead wire passage component 21 detachably attached in an extension direction of the guide rail 17 to pass the lead wire or the transmission line 15. |
