PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna for a circular polarized wave which is small and has wide directivity, and to provide a communication device using the antenna and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An antenna 4 includes: a dielectric substrate 11; a first electrode 22; and a second electrode 32. The dielectric substrate 11 includes a first surface 11C and a third surface 11D which face each other and a second surface 11A and a fourth surface 11B which face each other. The first electrode 22 is formed so as to continue into the first surface 11C and the second surface 11A. The second electrode 32 is formed so as to continue into the third surface 11D and the fourth surface 11B. When the dielectric substrate 11 is planarly viewed in a direction perpendicular to the first surface 11C or the third surface 11D, or when the dielectric substrate 11 is planarly viewed in a direction perpendicular to the second surface 11A or the fourth surface 11B, the first electrode 22 intersects with the second electrode 32. |
