PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station, a radio communication system and a radio communication method, capable of outputting voice from a command station while suppressing a transmission delay accompanying the backward transmission of a voice signal to another base station.SOLUTION: Reception means 2 receives from a first mobile station a first signal obtained by coding a voice signal in the first mobile station. Determination means 4 determines the degree of quality of the first signal received by the reception means 2. Decoding means 6 decodes the first signal to obtain a second signal which is a voice signal. When the determination means 4 determines that the first signal has good quality, transmission means 8 transmits the first signal and the second signal obtained by the decoding means 6 to the command station. |
