PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device which sufficiently performs heat radiation from a wavelength conversion element and achieves high luminance and reliability even if the light volume of excitation light increases, and to provide a manufacturing method of the light source device.SOLUTION: A light source device includes: a first member; a second member; a heating element which is provided between the first member and the second member and thermally contacts with the first member and the second member; and a spacer which is provided between the first member and the second member.
