PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve device including a seal member 20 having a pressure releasing valve function of an accommodation chamber 11 for accommodating drive means 4, wherein the seal member 20 can change a relief pressure easily.SOLUTION: A throttle valve device 1 is equipped with a seal member 20 for sealing an accommodation chamber 11 to the outside, and the seal member 20 is formed in an outside surface 20b with a hole 30 recessed toward the inside. Specifically, the hole 30 is formed to form a portion of a partially low rigidity so that the pressure in the accommodation chamber 11 is released by the elastic deformation of the portion of a low rigidity. According to this construction, the relief pressure can be easily set by changing the size of the hole 30 and the number of the hole 30. |
