PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double row type cylindrical roller bearing for a sintering pallet truck, in which gaps between a roller, an inner ring provided with a flange and an outer ring provided with a flange are optimized and arranged, therefore, a flange biting phenomenon can be suppressed and long life of the bearing is provided.SOLUTION: A double row type cylindrical roller bearing for a sintering pallet truck includes an outer ring, an inner ring and two rows or more of cylindrical rollers which are arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring, and has an outer flange and/or a middle flange on at least one side of the inner ring and the outer ring. Therein, the outer circumferential surface of the outer ring has a flat part parallel in the bearing shaft direction and has inclination surfaces on both edge parts in the bearing shaft direction of the outer circumferential surface of the outer ring, the flat part and a pair of inclination parts are continuously connected and formed to form the outer circumferential surface of the outer ring, one side of edge parts of the roller on no-load neutral position of the bearing is protruded to the outer side than the flat part of the outer ring outer circumferential surface on the bearing shaft direction and is arranged, and a radial gap of the roller gets to 0.007 to 0.0711% of the inner diameter as the rolling surface of the outer ring of the bearing. |
