PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault diagnosis apparatus capable of easily improving fault determination accuracy of a steam trap.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 2 for measuring a steam trap includes an environment condition acquisition part 21 for acquiring an environment condition for a steam trap to be diagnosed and an operation state determination part 22 for measuring the steam trap and determining an operation state of the steam trap. A fault diagnosis apparatus 3 for performing fault diagnosis of the steam trap includes: an environment condition receiving part 31 for receiving the environment condition of the steam trap to be diagnosed from the measuring apparatus 2; an operation state receiving part 32 for receiving the operation state of the steam trap to be diagnosed from the measuring apparatus 2; and a fault determination part 33 for determining a fault in the steam trap to be diagnosed on the basis of a difference between the environment condition and the operation state of the steam trap to be diagnosed and an environment condition and an operation state of a steam trap to be compared. |
