<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of outputting a detection value easily reflected with an element temperature.SOLUTION: A voltage dividing resistor R1 is provided between a potential supply point Vcc and a potential supply point GND where a potential lower than the potential supply point Vcc is applied. A temperature detecting resistor Rth1 has a resistance value which is varied in accordance with temperature rising, and is connected in series to the voltage dividing resistor R1 between the potential supply points Vcc and GND and provided while separated from a semiconductor element by a first distance. A voltage dividing resistor R2 is connected in series to a serial body including the voltage dividing resistor R1 and the temperature detecting resistor Rth1 between the potential supply points Vcc and GND. A temperature detecting resistor Rth2 has a resistance value which is varied in the same direction as the temperature detecting resistor Rth1 in accordance with temperature rising, and is provided in a path branched from a connection point of the serial body and the voltage dividing resistor R2 and detouring the serial body, and provided while separated from the semiconductor element by a second distance different from the first distance. A voltage V1 across the voltage dividing resistor R1 is outputted.</p> |
