PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module for an electric musical instrument and an electric musical instrument which are easy to use for a user at the time of drinking alcohol and allow a user to know alcohol concentration in breathing of the user at an appropriate timing.SOLUTION: The electric musical instrument comprises: input means to which sound to be output is input; alcohol concentration detection means which detects alcohol concentration in breathing of a user; and modulation means which, on the basis of the alcohol concentration detected by the alcohol concentration detection means, modulates a waveform of the sound to be output which is input to the input means. Therefore, the electric musical instrument is easy to use for a user at the time of drinking alcohol. Also, users and audience are allowed to know alcohol concentration in breathing at an appropriate timing.
