PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable rectifier and semiconductor device.SOLUTION: The rectifier includes: an input terminal In2; an output terminal Out2; a distributor 11a for distributing a signal input into the input terminal In2; and a FET 14 including a gate terminal connected to one output terminal of the distributor 11a, a source terminal connected to a reference potential, and a drain terminal connected to the output terminal Out2. The other output terminal of the distributor 11a is connected to a node N2 between the drain terminal and the output terminal Out2. The semiconductor device is also provided. |
