PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more precisely evaluate fretting fatigue of a component made of a high-strength steel.SOLUTION: A fretting fatigue evaluation device relating to the invention comprises: an information acquisition unit that repeatedly more than once acquires unit information including a repeat count of stress acting on an evaluation object, information on surface roughness and the presence or absence of crack; a storage unit that stores a condition acquired by the information acquisition unit; and a calculation unit that performs a calculation on the basis of the information acquired by the information acquisition unit and the information stored in the storage unit. The calculation unit includes an evaluation standard generation unit that extracts multiple pieces of the unit information corresponding to the evaluation object, and on the basis of the extracted multiple pieces of unit information, generates evaluation standard data specifying a crack forming condition for a crack formed due to a relationship between the surface roughness and the repeat count of stress acting on the evaluation object. |
