PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which properly enlarges a plurality of persons.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes: a person detection unit which detects face images of persons from an image; and an image conversion unit which enlarges the face images located under a bar, which is generated above the face images and longer than the lateral width of the faces, on the basis of a position of an upper end of the extracted face, so that the bar is located at the upper end of the image. The image processing apparatus enlarges the image on the basis of the faces so as not to deform the faces of the persons. |
