PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of reducing electric power supply capacity, since the cross-sectional area of a hole part becomes smaller than the cross-sectional area of the other part, though a bus bar has normally a hole.SOLUTION: A method is provided for forming the hole part in a part of a plate part, by forming the plate part by pressing a part of a bus bar material being a copper, aluminum or brass bar material and having its cross section of a circular or regular polygonal shape, and a deformation process is added for enlarging the cross-sectional area of the press part of not passing through the hole part of the bus bar more than the cross-sectional area of a non-press part. Or the method is provided for forming the plate part by pressing a part of the bus bar material having a cross section of becoming a circular or regular polygonal shape, by integrating parallel copper, aluminum or brass two bar materials, and the two bar materials before being integrated are bypassed in a hole forming place so that a hole is formed in the bus bar plate part. |
