PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator capable of accurately confirming a consumption degree of a foil, and a neutron capture therapy device.SOLUTION: A cyclotron comprises: a vacuum box 65 in which an ion beam acceleration plane is formed; a foil 70a provided inside of the vacuum box 65 for extracting ion beams to the outside of the vacuum box 65; a view port 75 provided in the vacuum box 65; a mirror 74 provided inside of the vacuum box 65 for reflecting light from the foil 70a towards the view port 75; and a camera 76 provided outside of the vacuum box 65 for imaging the foil 70a via the view port 75 and the mirror 74. |
