摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a toner for electrostatic charge image development which is excellent in dispersibility of a colorant, and capable of obtaining sufficient image density.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a toner for electrostatic charge image development comprising toner particles containing a binder resin containing crystalline polyester and an amorphous vinyl polymer, a colorant and a mold-releasing agent includes: (a) a process of manufacturing resin fine particles (M) comprising a vinyl polymer A containing the mold-releasing agent; (b) a process of adding a vinyl monomer to an aqueous medium in which crystalline polyester fine particles are dispersed, and carrying out seed polymerization of the vinyl monomer by using the crystalline polyester fine particles as seed particles to manufacture resin fine particles (S) comprising the crystalline polyester fine particles covered with a vinyl polymer B; and (c) a process of coagulating and fusing the resin fine particles (M), the resin fine particles (S) and the colorant fine particles in an aqueous medium.
