PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glycation stress inhibitors and glycation stress inhibition foods and drinks, with safety and low price, which can alleviate and improve glycation stress resulting from advanced glycation end products (AGEs), which are generated and accumulated in the body with aging, without relying on artificially synthesized materials or extracts derived from plants but with easily available natural foods per se.SOLUTION: As a glycation inhibition component in natural foods, anti-glycation activity and decomposition rate (generation inhibition rate) of advanced glycation end product (AGEs) are focused, and these values are measured for every foods group, and a table with foods arranged in order by excellent measurement value is prepared, and one or more foods, which have a value equal to or more than a threshold value providing a certain effect, selected from each foods group are composed to be usable by combination. |
