PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser treatment device which irradiates laser beam of a predetermined output to an affected part stably.SOLUTION: A laser treatment device comprises: a first light quantity detection part 22 which detects light quantity of a first laser beam output from a light source; a first output control part 23 which controls the output of the light source so as to be adjusted within a predetermined output range on the basis of a detection result of the first light quantity detection part 22; a treatment light conversion part 31 which, by performing at least one of light guiding and beam formation, converts the first laser beam into the second laser beam and irradiates the second laser beam to the affected part as treatment light; a second light quantity detection part 32 which detects the light quantity of the second laser beam; and a second output control part 24 which determines whether the light quantity of the second laser beam is within a predetermined output range on the basis of the detection result of the second light quantity detection part 32, and when determining that the light quantity of the second laser beam is not within the predetermined output range, performs predetermined control to the light source more preferentially than the first output control part 23. |
