PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that comprises a fuse circuit minimizing an area and a cost by a simple circuit configuration.SOLUTION: A fuse circuit is configured by serially connecting first and second fuses with almost the same shape and different sheet resistances between terminals different in electric potential. Electric potential of an output terminal is fixed to the electric potential of either of the terminals in a state in which the fuse is not cut. |
