PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of the appearance inspection of an electronic component such as a connector component.SOLUTION: A connector component 114 to be inspected is placed on an inspection table 126. An illumination 124 emits light to a connector component 114 from an oblique direction. A camera 102 photographs the connector component 114 from an oblique direction, and images the three surfaces of the connector component 114 at once. In this case, the imaging surface of the camera 102 is inclined against an optical axis. Also, a direction in which light emitted from the illumination 124 is totally reflected from the surface of the inspection table 126 is made coincident with the optical axis of the camera 102. |
