PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector whose waterproof construction is easy to form and which can improve productivity.SOLUTION: A waterproof connector 10 includes: a female terminal fitting 20 provided with a cylindrical body part 22, a core wire crimping part 24 which is placed at the back of the body part 22 and is crimped to a core wire 32 of an electric wire 30, and an insulating coating crimping part 26 which is placed at the back of the core wire crimping part 24 and is crimped to an insulating coating 34 of the electric wire 30; a connector housing 14 having a terminal housing part 12 for housing the terminal fitting 20; a rubber plug 40 which is engaged with the insulating coating 34 of the electric wire 30 and is pressed into the terminal housing part 12; and a cap 50 made of resin or rubber which is engaged with the core wire crimping part 24. |
