PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and place for inspiring a user to challenge.SOLUTION: A problem sharing device comprises: problem-related information storage means 101 for storing problem-related information including problem information, offeree identification information, problem approval information and problem achieving state information; problem information receiving means 102 for receiving the problem information and other information; problem-related information accumulation means 103 for accumulating the problem information and other information as one problem-related information; problem information transmission means 114 for transmitting corresponding problem information to an offeree; problem approval receiving means 117 for receiving problem identification information identifying a problem approved by the offeree; problem approval means 118 for setting the problem approval information; and problem result information receiving means 119 for receiving problem result information that is information concerning an execution result of the problem relating to the problem information corresponding to the set problem approval information.
