PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology of consolidation and molding which enables efficient consolidation processing of a soft needle-leaved tree such as Japanese cedar and cypress and economical mass production of wooden products such as high-quality furniture and fixtures with curved surfaces used in a large amount by utilizing consolidation processed members of soft needle-leaved trees obtained by this consolidation processing.SOLUTION: This method for consolidation and molding of soft needle-leaved trees comprises heating and pressurizing a needle-leaved tree veneer 11 (needle-leaved tree veneer sheet 12) obtained by deforestation A, lumbering B, and cutting C in the consolidation step to produce a needle-leaved tree consolidated veneer sheet 13, polishing processing and/or in-siding processing in the polishing step E to produce a needle-leaved tree consolidated polished veneer sheet 16, and then cutting out a plurality of needle-leaved tree consolidated profile plates 20 in the cutting step G, lamination, bonding, heating, pressurization, and molding to make a curved shape of a prescribed curvature in a lamination direction with an adhesive P interposed between the plurality of needle-leaved tree consolidated profile plates 20, 20... of at least a kind of prescribed shape in the lamination, bonding, molding step H to obtain a needle-leaved tree consolidated plywood molded product 3. |
