PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide light-emitting apparatus capable of suppressing degradation by exothermic heat and degradation by sulfurizing without having a multilayer film structure and to provide a process of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The process of manufacturing light-emitting apparatus having a substrate 1, a phosphor layer containing phosphor particles, and a wavelength conversion layer 6 containing a ceramic layer includes steps of: forming the phosphor layer by providing on the substrate 1 with a first mixed liquid containing at least one kind of silane coupling agent; and forming the ceramic layer by providing on the phosphor layer with a second mixed liquid. |
