The terminal device 10 calculates the center of gravity Gn of the cross section Xn and the area Sn of the cross section Xn, when the cross section Xn is the closed cross section. A determination is made on whether or not the closed cross section capable of projecting the center of gravity Gn of the cross section Xn along the vertical direction, exists just under the cross section Xn. A determination is made on whether or not the area Sn of the cross section Xn is smaller than the area Sn-1 of the just under cross section Xn-1. When the closed cross section capable of projecting the center of gravity Gn of the cross section Xn along the vertical direction exists just under the cross section Xn and the area Sn of the cross section Xn is smaller than the area Sn-1 of the just under cross section Xn-1, a determination is made that a part including the cross sections Xn and Xn-1 is an air reservoir generating part.
