<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which has a wide effective wavelength range of sunlight and is superior in conversion efficiency and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The solar cell module includes: a photoelectric conversion element 101; an electrode 104 which is electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion element 101; a first transparent resin 102 for protecting the photoelectric conversion element 101; a back sheet 103; a protection glass 105; and a second transparent resin 106 which is in close contact with the protection glass 105. The second transparent resin 106 contains fluorescence substance and an air bubble group 107 or a transparent particle group. The volume density of the air bubble group 107 or transparent particle group increases in a continuous or stepwise manner toward the surface where the sunlight comes in.</p> |
