PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured inorganic EL panel having a function as a touch panel and having a small number of components.SOLUTION: An inorganic EL panel has such a configuration that first and second electrodes 3 and 4 sandwich a display pattern layer 5, a phosphor layer 6 and the like. First division electrodes 3a and 3b of the first electrode and second division electrodes 4a and 4b of the second electrode crossing each other configure matrix-like division regions (1) to (4). Pressing detectors 11-14 detect change in voltage at resistors R connected to the respective division electrodes. An AC power supply 10 drives both electrodes, and a detection controller 20 selects a combination of the pressing detectors by control signals G. A coordinate detector 25 compares inputted detection signals O of the pressing detectors with data to determine the pressed division region. |
