PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, without adding a specific mechanism, backing of a vehicle due to the change of a pedal when a shift is changed from the parking of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: An electric-vehicle parking apparatus includes: a parking lock mechanism for locking a drive shaft included in a transmission to inhibit rotation when a vehicle is parked; a parking lock actuator for the parking lock mechanism; and lock operation control means for giving a lock release operation instruction to the parking lock actuator. Further, the lock operation control means includes lock release timing adjustment means for causing the parking lock mechanism to perform a lock release operation (703) under a condition in which a brake operation (step 701) that has been performed for lock release of a shift lock mechanism in operating a shift lever (step 701) is released. |
