PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating device for a rotary cleaning tool that has a waterproof structure, can be used for various applications, and is excellent in convenience.SOLUTION: A rotating device comprises: cases (an upper case 11 and a lower case 12); a power supply part (a battery 13) and a driving part (a motor 15) housed in the case (the lower case 12); and a holder 22 to which a rotary cleaning tool (an ear pick 30) is inserted and attached. The holder 22 is positioned at an opening 11a formed at one end of the case (the upper case 11) and rotated by the driving part, and a gasket 24 is provided between the holder 22 and the case (the upper case 11). |
