PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference prevention device of a construction machine to enable setting of an interference prevention range in which the movement of an attachment is controlled depending on the position of the end of the attachment and the details of operation.SOLUTION: An interference prevention device of a construction machine comprises: a detection means that detects a position of an attachment; and a control means that controls the detection means and a hydraulic circuit. The control means: sets an interference prevention range based on a position of the attachment detected by the detection means and an operation direction input by an operation lever so that a hydraulic cylinder that drives the attachment is decelerated or stopped by a hydraulic circuit when the attachment enters the interference prevention range; and sets a region excluding a prescribed region above a cab as an interference prevention range so that the hydraulic cylinder is not decelerated or stopped during lifting of a boom in the prescribed region when the detected position of the attachment is above the cab and an input operation direction is a boom lifting direction. |
