PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor in which the base plate of a motor and a circuit board responsible for the control of the motor can be fixed easily and reliably, while facilitating the grounding of the base plate and the circuit board.SOLUTION: A brushless motor includes a motor 1 having a rotor 1R and a stator 1S, a circuit board 3 for controlling the motor 1 having a fitting hole 3h formed therein, a conductive base plate 2 to which the motor 1 is fixed and in which a cylindrical bar ring 2c1 is formed, and a conductive washer member 4. The circuit board 3 and the base plate 2 are fixed via the washer member 4, by inserting the bar ring 2c1 of the base plate 2 into the fitting hole 3h of the circuit board 3 and the washer member 4, and then caulking the tip of the bar ring 2c1 to the washer member 4. |
