PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical oxygen sensor that is power saving but has a small individual difference in sensitivity characteristics and can stably detect gas as expected, and to provide a method for manufacturing a diffusion controlling member capable of securely obtaining a diffusion controlling member in which a pinhole with a stable hole shape is accurately formed.SOLUTION: An electrochemical oxygen sensor is provided, in which three or more plate-like pinhole components are arranged and fixed in a manner that flat side surfaces of one pinhole component are brought into contact with those of two other pinhole components to form a predetermined shape. A diffusion controlling member is prepared by forming a pinhole formed by a space defined by respective surfaces of the pinhole components not touching with neighboring other pinhole components. |
