PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness and a terminal, which can obtain an excellent contact pressure distribution in a contact surface between a conductive wire and a crimping portion by surely making the conductive wire flow outward from the center of the cross-section of the crimping portion.SOLUTION: A coated conductive wire 23 is inserted into a tubular crimping portion 5 and a conductive wire 25 of the coated conductive wire 23 is arranged in a conductive wire crimping portion 7. The crimping portion 5 is then placed on a lower crimping blade die 31, and an upper crimping blade die 33 and the lower crimping blade die 31 pinch the crimping portion 5 and make the crimping portion be deformed into a U-shape to crimp the conductive wire 25. A serration is not mounted on an inner peripheral surface 57 of a lower surface side 53 and an upper surface side 59 but a serration 13 is mounted on the inner peripheral surface 57 of a side surface side 55 so that, after crimping, a friction resistance between the conductive wire crimping portion 7 and the conductive wire 25 is lowered at a center portion 35 of a circumferential section of the conductive wire crimping portion 7 and fluidity of the conductive wire 25 from the center portion 35 to a side portion 37 is improved. |
