PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component analyzer capable of executing, easily in a short time, component analysis of an inspection object which has been consumed by a plurality of consumers, a component analyzing method and a health management system for managing a component analysis result of the inspection object consumed by the plurality of consumers which has been acquired by using the component analyzer in a consumer unit.SOLUTION: A component analyzer 1 includes: a container (base part) 10 in which food (inspection object) 100 can be placed; a lid part (cover part) 13 which is engaged with the container 10; a spectroscopic analyzer 20 which receives reflection light reflected from the food 100 by irradiating the food 100 with inspection light; a component analysis unit 50 which executes the component analysis of the food 100 on the basis of the reflection light; a mass detection unit 40 which detects the mass of the food 100; an identification unit 70 which identifies each consumer by acquiring individual information for identifying each of the plurality of consumers; and a storage unit 61 which stores the individual information of each consumer and the component analysis result of the food 100 consumed by each consumer individually in the consumer unit. |
